- Mix all the ingredients.

Avocado Multi-grain Pasta
Method:
- Boil the multi-grain pasta in hot water and set it aside after separating it from the water.
- In a food processor add one avocado, few washed basil leaves and two tbsp of pine nuts along with two tbsp of olive oil, one tbsp of fresh lemon juice, salt according to taste and half tbsp of black pepper powder.
- Mix this puree with the cooked pasta in a large saucepan and your dinner is ready.
